Dina Bänninger founded Charisma Nova in 2013, with a mission to help businesses unlock their unique potential and skyrocket their success.
Her path began in art & design school. She mastered painting, typography & calligraphy, won awards, earned a Master of Fine Arts degree and blossomed as installation and performance artist. She excelled in post-grad studies of multimedia producing.
Gifted with curiosity and great passion to learn and to explore the interconnectedness of things, she moved across disciplines and industries, forging her skills in the most diverse and most unorthodox ways.
Destiny wanted her to deep-dive into marketing and public relations and to hone her craft to the highest quality standards in one of the finest Swiss luxury hotels.
Before founding Charisma Nova, she managed a prestigious awards event of the global TV & Entertainment industry.
Under the mentorship of Marty Neumeier – “The Grand Master of Branding” – I embarked on a journey specialising in Brand Strategy.
With 15+ years of professional experience, a unique mix of laser-sharp intellect, esprit and creative brilliance across disciplines, she thrives in problem situations yearning to be solved in ways yet not discovered. Her “superpower”: for novel ideas she reaches beyond the stars. At the same time, she navigates “their path down to earth” in manageable phases and deadline-obeying action plans.
low is the state of mind that keeps her moving.
She is the Mastermind & Strategic Creative Director of Charisma Nova.
